COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. nVT"OTICE is hereby given, that at a Specia Meeting of this Council, held on FRIDAY the 9th inst ; it was resolved— That Part 3 of By-Law 4 be rescinded*,and the following words substituted : — sPrivate Slaughter Houses. It shall be lawful for the Council of the County to License, upon the payment of TEN POUNDS, such Slaughter Houses, as they from time to time, think proper, for Slaughtering Cattle within the County, and every such license shall expire on the 31st December, in the year in which it is granted.
