[Fbom oub own Cobrespondent]. London, Sept. 20. The Queen sent a telegram to Mrs. Garfield, expressing sympathy and condolence with her in the loss sustained by the death of her husband. Aden, Sept. 21. The outbreak of Cholera at this place is raging with increased severity. Numerous deaths have occurred, but every precaution is being taken to lessen the spread of the epidemic. Constantinople, Sept. 20. A difficulty has arisen in negotiations which are proceeding here between the Representatives of foreign creditors of the Porte. The Russian delegate claims that the amount of the Tnrkish war indemnity, still owing, should be included in the debts. This claim is generally opposed by other Foreign delegates, and the settlement of negotiations is, consequently delayed. Washington, Sept 20. The oath of office was administered to-day to General Arthur, the new President at the Capitol. 21st September. The funeral of the late President Garfield will take place at Cleveland, Ohio, his former home, on Saturdry next. Owing to apprehensions that an attempt will be made to lynch Guiteau, the guard at the gaol has been doubled. Paris, Sept. 21. In response to the Bey’s recent protest, the French Government has sent a reassuring communication. It has no intention to occupy Tunis. Berlin, Sept. 21. The marriage of the Crown Prince of Sweden arid Norway, with the Princess of Baden was celebrated to-day at Baden, with great ceremony.
