Applicant state the extent of House, Paddock, other necessary Accommodation they provide, and also fulfil the requirement the Licensing Act, relative to Bush Inns Applicants to subjmit for the approva the Council, the names of two persons will guarantee that the required accomm tion is afforded within Six Months from date of the acceptance of the tenders. COOK COUNTY COUNCIL BY-LAW TO REGULATE WIDTH TIRE USED ON DRAY W.HEJH£ "IVTOTICE is hereby given that at a Sp Meeting of this Council, held on 9th inst., the following By-Law was , firmed, and will come into force on IM DAY, the 3rd October prox. By-law 7. That Dyays using a tire, under 2 J « wide shall not be allowed to < more than 25 cwt. ’ Drays using a tire of 2| inches and exceeding 4 inches, shall not < more than 30 cwt. Drays using a tire exceeding 4 in and not exceeding 5 inches, shal carry more than 35 cwt. Drays using a tire exceeding 5 inches not exceeding 6 inches, shall carry more than 40 cwt. Drays using a tire exceeding 6 in shall not carry more than 45 cw This scale of widths and weights to a to 2-wheeled vehicles ; 4-wh vehicles may carry double the a weights. Any Person committing a breach of By-law, shall be liable to a pei not exceeding Five Pounds. That this By-law, shall apply onl such roads, and at such times a Council may from time to direct.
