The Lyon’s Tourist Party concluded their engagements in Gisborne in McFarlane’s Hall, on Thursday and Friday nights, although the audiences were not so large as could have been expected, on account of the superior accommodation afforded over the Masonic Hall. The performances, however, were sustained with vigor, and met with general and heartyapplause. The Wyburd Brothers, also, appeared to great advantage, and performed some few feats excellently. The party leave for Auckland by the steamer to-morrow.
