Londqn, Sept. 3. New Zealand securities remain unchanged. At the wool sale to-day, 9,300 bales were offered, making a total of 101,700 catalogued since opening of series. A good demand was experienced for vious lots offered. A final report of the enquiry into the Doterel explosion, acquits all on board of complicity, and states that the primary cause of the disaster was an explosion in the bunkers. Washington, Sept. 3. The President’s condition having materially improved, his physicians are now considering the possibility of removing him to Ohio, and thus give him the benefit of a change of air. Terrible Massacre by Indians in New Mexico. New York, Sept. 3. Intelligence has been received from New Mexico of a terrible massacre by the Indians in that territory. A party of United States soldiers, under General Carr, were attacked in great force by thejndians, who completely overwhelmed their victims, and massacred the whole dstachmmt, including General Carr.
