CORRESPONDENCE.

:O: THE GISBORNE SCHOOL. TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Who is at the head of the Gisborne School ? Really, it is sometimes difficult to tell. Because a pupil teacher happens to have passed her fourth year is she all and everybody. Children in her room rare now, not allowed to leave it, during scliool hours, even though the case be an urgent one. Have parents no redress for this ? It. would be useless to go to the nominal* principal, as he thinks bis lady teachers perfection. Have the late changes in the school ruined the Committees power ? It would seem so. I speak warmly on this subject as I think it ought to be suppressed. Hoping you will give this space in your valuable columns, —I am &c., Complaint.
