Pitt & Bennett, at their Mart, on this day, 23rd inst. —The lease for 21 years of section 29, Waikanae, als , lease of section 171. Pitt & Bennett, on Monday next, at 12 noon —2OOO feet of kauri timber, and a lot of seed potatoes. Pitt & Bennett, fortnightly sale of Cattle at Makaraka, on Wednesday, July 27th, at 12 o’clock—B head prime beef, several cows, &c. Amusements. Fine Art and Industrial Exhibition in aid of the funds of the Public Library, on Monday, August Ist, and following days.
