Departures. July 3rd. —Te Anau, s.s., Captain Carey, for Auckland. Passengers : —Messrs. Fraser, R. Wilson, W. L. Rees, and Gleddye. The new steamers for the Union Company are to be named the Wairarapa, which will be sister ship to the Manipori; and the Howroka, a sister vessel to the Wakatipu. Messrs. Gibbs, Bright & Co., of Liverpool, announce that in accordance with arrangement, the business hitherto carried on by them in Liverpool and Bristol, and by Messrs. Bright Brothers and Co., in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, in Australia, and in Dunedin, New Zealand, will from this day be continued under the style ot Anthony Gibbs, Sons and Co., in Liverpool and Bristol, and of Gibbs, Bright and Co., in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Dunedin.
