A Special Meeting® of the Council will be held on FRIDAY, Ist® July next, for the purpose of confirming the® same : —• By-law 7. That Drays using a 3-inch tire, not be allowed to carry more 25 cwt. Drays using a 4-inch tire shall not bi® allowed to carry more than 30 cwt® Drays using a 5-inch tire shall not b<® allowed to carry more than Cwt.
