London, June 1. 1 In the House of Commons the Irish Bill came on for consideration in of the whole House. On the first being moved a long and animated debate sued, and still continues up to the time. Ffteen hundred amendments to ous clauses of the measure have been on the order paper, and notices continue given of fresh amendments. At the wool sale tg-day 8,400 bales offered, making a total of 168,000 since the opening. A good demand was perieneed for the various lots offered. The chief speech of the sitting made by Sir Stafford Northcote, who demned the measure, and denounced in terms the feebleness of the Irish policy Government.
