South Pacific Petroleum Company (Limited). 11 1 HE SHAREHOLDERS of this Company are hereby notified that a FIFTH CALL of 3d per share has been made payable on or before TUESDAY, May 31st 1881. Payment to be made either to the Bank of New Zealand, Gisborne, or to the Secretary of the Company at Sydney. It is also notified that the balance of Unallotted Shares will be offered to the Shareholders pro rata at par ; applications for same to be made on or before June Ist, at the Office of the Local Superintendent.
