Post Office, Gisborne. For Auckland and Sydney, per Tararua, on Monday morning, at 7 o’clock. For the United Kingdom, Continents of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and the West Indies, via San Francisco ; also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, April 22nd, at 3 p.m. Money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 2 p.m , same day. For Tologa Bay every Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Te Mawhai, Aku Aku, Tuparoa, and Awanui, every alternate Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika & Ormond, every Tuesday and Saturday, at 2 p.m. Money orders should be obtained and letters registered one hour before the time of closing any mad. *#* A Post Office Receiving Box for letters has been erected at Mr. East’s Upper Store, which will be cleared daily (except Sundays), at 1 p.m., and one hour before the time of closing seaborne mails at the Post Office.
