To WILLIAM LEE REES, formerly of Napier, but now of Gisborne, Poverty Bay, in the Colony of ’New Zealand, Solicitor, WI PERE, and RIPER AT A KAHUTIA, both of Poverty Bay, aforesaid, Aboriginal Natives. 11 AKE NOTICE that I will, after the expiration of one month from the date of this Notice being advertised in two News papers published in Gisborne and Wellington, sell, or cause to be sold, by Public Auction, the lands comprised and described in a certain Deed of Mortgage, dated the 25th day of February, 1879 (Registered in the Deeds Registry Office at Napier, under the the number of 13175), made between you in such deed described, of the oti'e part, and the undersigned, PERCIVAL BARKER, of the other part, unless the principal money thereby secured, or the balance thereof, together with all interest due thereunder, are then satisfied.

And take further notice, that default having been made by you in payment of the said principal and interest monies, I have caused this Notice to be advertised pursuant to the provisions in that behalf contained in the said Deed of Mortgage.
