Donald Larnach, Esq., an eminent London financier, is a passenger by the s.s. Te Anau from Sydney to Wellington, his purpose being to make a tour of New Zealand to judge for himself of the capabilities of the Colony. So far, judging from what he has seen down South, he expresses himself as extremely gratified, and we hope that his tour through the North Island will result in fully confirming this favorable impression.
