NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, George Bentham Morris and Richard Sheratt, as sheepfurmers in Tologa Bay, in the province of Auckland and colony of New Zealand, under the style or firm of MORRIS & SHER BATT, was, on the first day.of January last, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said GEORGE BENTHAM MORRIS, who has retired from the said firm, and that all debts due and owing to, or by the late firm, will be received and paid by the said Richard Sherratt.
