The Jane Douglas is •advertised to leave this port for Napier to-morrow Thursday, and the Rangatira on Friday for Napier and Wellington. The Bessemer saloon steamer has been sold to a firm in Hull for the sum of £20,000. The original cost ofthisship amounted to the large sum of £200,000. The Pretty Jane did not steam for Napier yesterday morning, owing to the heavy surf on the bar; she is advertised to steam thence this morning, and for Auckland on Friday next. _ • We are glad to learn that the schooner Echo and the steamer Rosina were got out of their perilous position early yesterday morning,, the former having sustained a slight injury only. The Auckland Steam Packet Company have determined to run the s.s. Llewellyn in the Sydney-Auckland trade. The Llewellyn was to start on her first trip on the 9th inst, The arrangements at present are four trips over 24 days.
