The next mail for England, via Suez, leaves Wellington on September 24th. Inwards —arrives at the Bluff on September 25. The Commissioner of Stamp Duties has appointed the Postmaster, Gisborne, a Depositary of Duty Stamps. Adhesive and Impressed Duty Stamps, are now for sale to the public at the Post Office. G. J.
