I HEREBY give notice that I intend to lay informations at the Police Court Auckland, against all persona liable for Education Rates, and not exempted under Certificates from the School Committee, who shall not have paid Rates for which they are liable, either to the local Collectors of their respective districts or to me, previous to the 15th day of December, instant. All entries for Hurdle Race, New Year’s Gift, and the District Stakes, must be sent in to the Landlord of the Waerenga-a-bika Hotel, not later than 6 p.m. on the 20th December, enclosing 5 per cent on the value of the stakes, and describing horse and color of the rider, and address of owners. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Stewards shall be final; no further appeal will be allowed. A charge of One Shilling will be made at the gate for all horses and riders ; Sixpence each for pedestrians and all passengers in vehicles. RACE COMMITTEE.
