METEOROLOGICAL PROGNOSTICATIONS.
Under this heading a Cockney correspondent wishes to know, that as the storms which have occurred on the coast, have been so successfully forwarded Io our Mariners by a “ head wind " (Edwin ?) whether he could fortell, for the benefit of those who hold the helm of state, the storms that are brewing incur political, local and social horison, so that they may steer clear oi all ghoaU aud difficulties.
