TELEGRAMS.
(from oub own correspondent.) WELLINGTON. PROROGATION OF PARLIAMENT. October 21. Parliament was prorogued to-day by His Excellency the Governor, whose speech contained nothing interesting, except that before next session New Zealand will be in direct telegraph communication with England. The Ringarooma arrived at the Bluff with the Suez mail to-day ; the nows is unimportant. NAPIER. October 21. The Rangatira arrived this evening; she does not come on to Poverty Bay as she is to take the outward English mail via ’Frisco from here to Wellington.
