Cap. 22, entituled “ An Act to define the qualifications of Medical witnesses at Coroners’ Inquests and Inquiries-held before Justices of the Peace in the .colony of New South Wales, do hereby certify that we have examined the Testimonials of Qualifications of Goold, Francis and do hereby declare the said Goold, Francis entitled to be considered a Legally Qualified Medical Practitioner under the provisions of the abovenamed Act. [copy of telegram.] Auckland, September 20, 1875. Dr. F. Goold, Gisborne. I certify that Dr. F. Goold was Surgeon Superintendent ehip “ Woodlark” arrived here in May 1873. H. ELLIS. M. Tabateau Esq., of Napier, Registrar, under the N. Z. Medical Act; the undermentioned original documents, proving my qualifications as medical practitioner. First;. Notification of my -being placed on the list of Medical Practitioners, from F. Hawkins Esq., Medical Registrar General of the United Kingdom under the Imperial Act entituled The Medical Registration Act 1858.”’ Secondly : Certificate No. 676 under “ The Medical Practitioners’ Statute, 28 Vic.
