Cap. 22, entituled “ An Act to define the qualifications of Medical witnesses at Coroners’ Inquests and Inquiries-held before Justices of the Peace in the .colony of New South Wales, do hereby certify that we have examined the Testimonials of Qualifications of Goold, Francis and do hereby declare the said Goold, Francis entitled to be considered a Legally Qualified Medical Practitioner under the provisions of the abovenamed Act. M. Tabateau Esq., of Napier, Registrar, under the N. Z. Medical Act; the undermentioned original documents, proving my qualifications as medical practitioner. First;.
