Silt,—r perceive that a public meeting is convened at Ormond to take place on Tuesday next for the purpose of discussing the remuneration of ministers visiting this district. As a churchman my advice in the matter is let each denomination stand or fall by their own numbers and liberality. Church members will find ample scope for their own pockets in providing suitable places of public worship for themselves, and a becoming stipend for their own clergyman without aiding other communions whose members are few in number, and generally not over-charitable ’towards the church. In having Divine Service at Ormond and other places on alternate Sundays, I believe the Rev. Mr. Williams is simply desirous tfife practice observed by ’'tile Rev.
