COMMERCIAL.
The good attendance and animated competition at Mr. Hall’s cattle sale at Makaraka, on Thursday hut, were amongst its chief characteristics. Cows in calf fetched from £5 10s to £8 10s. Working bullocks from £7 to £8 10s; steers and heifers, two-year old, £2 15s to £4 ; one-year old, 80s to 455. Mr. Hall announces another sale of a similar description to take place nest Wednesday.
