Auckland. The Union Sash end Door Company have declared a dividend at the rate of twenty per cent. LONDON, July 10. The trade returns are fairly satisfactory. The wool market is unaffected by the recent failures. The ship Bangitikei sailed from Lyttleton for London with a cargo valued at £130,000, en the 19th July. W. B. Isaes, junior, of Melbourne, has failed for £90,000.
