Hokitika. At the sale yards at Arahura. beef averaged 42s 6d per 100 lbs. There were no sheep in the market. London, July 1. Money easier. Bank rate of discount, 3| per cent. Trade is depressed, but confidence is slowly reviving. The wheat market is firmer ; unfavorable reports have been received of the French and American harvest prospects.
