I use! neither medicines nor stiifliknts, anl the soldiers recovered ill a very short time. last eight years this been carried on in the Basle Hospital will signal success, reducing in a surpril -sing manner the death rate in thl fever wards. Iu private practice I invariably adopt this system, anil rarely use any whom I have treateJ from the commencement of the fever J I have been particularly successful in puerperal and scarlet fever. ThiJ system is now almost univerMllyl adopted through Switzerland fenill Germany.’ Through Dr. Steijkr’sl assiduous attention and packing treat-1 ment, I was able to resume my journey in two days.”
