New Advertisements. FENCING NOTICE. To the owners or occupiers of Sections Nos, 343, 316, and 58, in the township of Gisborne. TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned, John Ashdown, intend erecting a Dividing Fence between my property, being Sections Nos. 344 and 345 in the said township, and that owned or occupied by you, in conformity with the Fencing Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland,'Session 11., No. 5, and 1 hereby require you to assist in erecting the said Dividing Fence within Thirty-one days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same and call upon you for payment of one half the cost of erecting or making the whole of such Dividing Fence. 341 JOHN ASHDOWN.
