By His Honor Sib Geobgb Gbey, Knight Commander of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland. VX7HEREAS the Board of Education under “The Education Act, 1872,” and “ The Education Act, 1872, Amendment Act, 1874,” has fixed a Household Rate of Twenty Shillings, and a rate of Ten Shillings for every male person of 21 years and upwards residing within the Province of Auckland who shall not be liable to pay ths said Household Rate, as the Rates to be levied for the year 1875; I do hereby appoint Robert Baiixib Lusk, Esquire, as the person to whom such Rates shall be paid, and I do hereby further fix Monday ths twelfth day of July, 1875, to be the day, and the Provincial Treasury to be the place, on and at which such Rates shall be payable.
