The Rangatira, it would appear, is not to come on to Gisborne this week, This is the second consecutive week in which disappointment has been caused, and, added to the ■inconvenience arising to consignees from detention of goods, is the fact that our portion of the English mail will be too late to catch the boat leaving Wellington on Tuesday next. The Go-a-head may be in time for the 11th, the date in which the ’Frisco steamer leaves Auckland.
