The good will and lease OF THE WATKANAE DAIRY FARM, Situated, about three miles from the Town of Gisborne, together with 75 QUIET MILKING COWS, With the option of choosing 75 more from Captain Read’s herd. The Farm consists of 200 acres, more or less, of good grass land, subdivided into 5 (five) paddocks with fences in good repair also, as good a yard and milking shed as any in the colony. 15 acres of the above are subdivided, and in fallow : there is, also, half an acre of lucerne. The buildings comprise—Dwelling house, Dairy, Cheese house, with a 25-gallon copper and furnace erected therein, Coach house, Stable, and pigeries complete. Also, a tworoomed raupo whare, with brick chimney, nearly new'. The business is the best in the district, and keeps up a regular supply of milk and butter to the Gisborne market.
