WELLINGTON. The new Hospital building will be constructed of brick and cement, it will contain 112 beds. This number will entitle it to become a recognised hospital, having the number of beds required by the Examining Board of the United Kingdom, which will enable young men to prosecute their studies for the medical profession in New Zealand instead of having to go to England. The Hospital will be situated a little beyond the Lunatic Asylum.
