XVe have great pleasure in complying with b.e • request. “ H.M.L.A.”—Thanks: Your“ Allegory”shall have our early attention. “F. A.” We shall insert your lines “ Only but, although we do not wish you to discontinue your contributions, the revision of them causes much editorial trouble, which we sometimes undertake to prevent disappointment. XVe observe the same glaring fault in “ Only” as in yourearlier efforts; an irregular number of feet, to correct which, may require a reconstruction of the fabric, as well as hazarding a departure from the text. Please avoid these in future ; spell more correctly, and write p’ainer.
