Auckland, January 23. Mr. Alfred Buckland reports: At the Haymarket, yesterday, fodder was in moderate supply, and sold at a higher price than for several weeks past. London, January 15. The following produce telegrams have been received by the New Zealand Loan Mercantile Company, da ed London, 7th January : — Wool.—lhe next sales will commence on the 23rd February. Up to this date only 37,<>90 bales have arrived. There has been a little private inquiry, as the trade in the luanufaci uring districts is slightly better. Wheat.—New Zealand is worth 50s per 4S6lbs. Market quiet. Christchurch, January 23. The export prices f.o.b. are : New oats for immediate shipment 3s 61 to 3s 94. No new wheat is in the market as yet. Reports respecting the harvest continue very sat Flour is £l2 10s to £l3 10s; bran £6; sharps £6 10s.
