NOTICE. POVERTY BAY DISTRICT HIGHWAY BOARD. ALL RATES due to the Poverty Bay Highway Board MUST BE PAID to Mr. W. Hpsie on or before SATURDAY, the 6th day of February, otherwise proceedings will be taken for the recovery of the same. A. F. HARDY, Chairman. DISTRICT PRIZE FIRING. MEMBERS of Militia and Volunteer Companies are informed that the firing for Infantry District Prizes will take place at the Gisborne and Ormond Rifle Ranges on TUESDAY, 9th February, 1875. Extra Prizes, for Militia only (fines), will be fired for on the following day. Members may fire at either range. Gisborne, 6 a.m.; Ormond, 9 a.m. W. E. GUDGEON, Sub-Inspector A.C. The Posts are within a mile of the furthest point, and arc to be laid 16 feet apart* Tenders to state the price per 100 for laying Posts, and the price per chain for erecting Fence.
