Hunter and Nolan’s sale to-day, Mr. Melville Smith offered several of his imported Tams. The bi«is made ranged from £55 to £7O per h -ad, but at these prices the animals were withdrawn. Since the sale Mr. Smith received private offers of £lOO for some of the sheep, but these he refused. Dunedin, January 15. Brown and Sons report : —Oats have a downward tendency, and are quoted at 5s to 5 and 34 for feed,and 5s 6d for prime milling; feeding barley, 4s 3d to 4s 6-1; wheat, in demand. 5s 3d to 5s 6d ; medium ditto, 4 8d to ss; flour, low in price, firm at £l3 to £l3 LOs ; pollard, £6 ; bran, £5 10s, scarce. The exports from London to New Zealand for the month of November amounted to £450 W).
