The ship Bebington left Gravesend on the 28th July, and put in at Dartmouth to repair condenser on August the 2nd* Sighted coast ©f New Zealand 94 days out from Dartmouth, •nd arrived at Napier on the 20ih November With 317 passengers, all well. Sir Donald M’Lean. accompanied by Colonel St. John, and the Secretary (Mr. Davis), was • passenger by the Southern Cross from Napier to Auckland on Saturday last. The N.Z.S.S. Co.’s offer for the Inter-pro-'vincial mail service, in connection with the vrith the San Francisco service, was £2.300 per annum. The Government has declined •nd will only arrange from month to month, •nd not pay above £l2O per trip. It is M»id they are waiting till the vessels building for the new Otago Company are on the coast, when they will get the contract. Negotiations are ponding between the Government and the New Zealand Shipping Company, for a service to Napier and Poverty Bay, that will dovetail in with the arrange--ments already entered into for the delivery of the Inter-provincial portion of the San Francisco maiU* Auckland, Noxember 20. Arrived—London, with 400 Government immigrants all well. The London has had a protracted voyage of 111 days, 92 days from land to land. Napier, 16th Nov. The Rosalia sailed this morning, in charge of Capt. Veal. Captain Crabbe also proceeds in her, and several of the crew were taken out of gaol and put on board in irons. The cook and steward have taken their discharge, and forfeited £5O wages rather than go in the vessel.
