POET OF POVERTY BAY. ARRIVALS. OCTOBIB. Nil. DEPARTURES. OCTOBEB. Nil. Neither the Rangatira nor the Pretty Jane had arrived up to last night; both vessels, we apprehend, being detained by the heavy Son Easier which blew on Thursday last. fills gale caused the heaviest sea swell to set in to the Bay that we have seen for a long time. No communication could have been opened with the Rungatira if she had come. The Pretty Jane should put in an appearance today. _______
