Gisborne, Friday, 25th September.

[Before W. K. Nesbitt, Esq., R.M.] Henby Carter was fined 20s and costs for furious riding in the streets of Gisborne.

M’KAY VJWLMOBE. Felony—The defendant wgs charged with having feloniously ’ stolen a mare, saddle and bridle, (the proper!yof complainant.
