METEOROLOGICAL.
9th to 15th Ssftembbb.
With the exception of two days fine, warm, Northerly weal her, the past week has been characterized by a return of the severity of winter. Cold, stormy,and wet B.E. gales having prevailed. The second gale during that time commenced with a black Nor’-Easter early on Sunday morning last, veering io the Southward as the day wore on; since which to last night, it has continued with more or less severity.
