A fashionable church in New York City is a valuable piece of property. We (Dunedin Evening Star) hear that Dr. Cole, of this City, has lat ely removed the whole of the breast of a woman effected with cancer. We are told she has made an excellent recovery.
The Napier Telegraph says : “ Th.* new or-jan at St. John’s Church was used for the first time at divine service on Sunday, thesacred edifice being crowded both morning and evening. 'The tone of the instrument- is remarkably sweet, and Mr. W. 11. Flood, the organist, showed its power and beauty off to perfection.
