A LL Persons Running Sheet, Cattle, Horses, or Stock of any descriplion on the PATUTAHI BLOCK, are hereby informed that the said STOCK must be REMOVED not later than SEPTEMBER, the 15th next, after which date they will be liable to be IMPOUNDED. HERE AS the Board of Education under “ The Education Act, 1872,” and “ The Education Act, 1872 Amendment Act, 1874,” has fixed a Household Rate of Twenty Shillings and a Rate of Ten Shillings for every male person of 21 years and upwards residing within the Province of Auckland who shall not be liable to pay the said Household Rate, as the Rates to be levied for the year 1874; I do hereby appoint Robert Baillie Lusk, Esquire, as the person to whom such Rates shall be paid ; and I do hereby further fix MONDAY the FOURTEENTH day of September 1874, to be the day, and the Provincial Treasury at Auckland, to be the place, on and at which such Rates shall be payable.
