Re-organization of the Chubch of Scotland.—lt is said that a movement is on foot between the Conservative ministry and the Anti-ui.ion party in the Free Church, headed by Dr. Begg, for the rehabilitation of the Established Church of Scotland. The scheme is to obtain the sanction of the Legislature to the principles embodied in the Free Church Claiui of Rights, combined with the appropriation of £150,000 a year—the produce of unexhausted teinds —to furnish stipends to the Free Church ministers who, it is expected, will in that case gladly return to the Established Church.
