Welcome Home.—Mr. Duncan Feaser returned to Poverty Bay in the Rangatira oil Sunday last, and we give him ahearty welcome, feeling assured that he has lost nothing in the estimation of the community during his temporary exile. Transfer of Publicans’ Licenses. — George Clarke, Richard Kelly, and Alexander Hird, give notice that they intend to apply to the Licensing Commissioners to-morrow, for transfer of the licenses held by them.
