TAKE notice that I, the Undersigned, Gbobgb Saundbbs, intend erecting a Dividing Fence between my property and the abovenamed sections in the said Township, in conformity with the Fencing Act of the Provincial Council of the province of Auckland, Session 11., ; and I hereby require you »to assist in erecting the said Dividing Fence within Thirty-one days from this date, otherwise, I shall proceed to erect the same, and call upon you for payment of one-half the cost of erecting or making the whole of such Dividing Fence.
