She is on the berth to steam for Auckland to-day with a cargo of sheep. It is understood that Mr. R. S. Ledger has accepted temporarily the position of manager of the New Zealand Shipping Company, vacant bv Mr. Hartmann’s acceptance of the office of manager, at Nelson, of Messrs. Edward and Co.’s line of steamers.
