March. The weather during the latter half of the pnstweek was hot, and clear, though tempered with light cool breezes. On Saturday last a heavy N. W. gale blew all day raising clouds of dust, while the dry heat became almost unbearable. On Sunday the Bth a change to S.E. with light rain was acceptable ; these continued to yesterday, when the wind hauled to the Eastward, giving every indication last night, of a heavy black Nor’ Easter.
