Catholic Church. — Tenders are called for the erection of a residence for the Rev. Father Simpson. A meeting of the rev. gentleman’s congregation was held in the School Boom, on Sunday afternoon when matters in connection with the Church Building were discussed, but it was considered to be advisable to postpone that question for the present, it will however, be re-opened so soon after the erection of the residence as circumstances will permit.
