The following encouraging paragraph appears in the Circular of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Limited, dated London, November 28th : —“We understand from competent authorities that an increasing desire is now being exhibited amongst the operative classes in this country towards emigration to New Zealand, and in this they are supported rather than opposed by the representatives of the Agricultural Laborers’ Union.”
