On Saturday last a welcome change took place in the weather The wind, which had sprung up from theN.E.,on Friday, increased to a gale towards noon on the following day ; the clouds loured, the rain fell, and a black Nor’ Easter was in full tear ail the afternoon. The gale broke as the night advanced, and a humid heat succeeded.
