POVERTY BAY DISTRICT HIGHWAY BOARD. rpENDERS addressed to the Chairman will be received at the office of the Board, up to noon of Monday, November 3, 1873, for the undermentioned works: — 1. —For widening and deepening the drains from Espie’s corner to King’s corner, clearing the water tables, and re-forming the road. 2. —For cutting a drain on side of the road leading from the main road towards the Government Bush at Waerenga-a-hika. Specifications can be seen on application to the undersigned. Tenders to be endorsed: “ Tender for drains,” and accompanied with a deposit of Five Pounds, and the names of two sureties.
